Stop guessing.
Pass the loop this time.

I've been inside hundreds of Amazon interviews — as the interviewer. I know exactly what separates a hire from a no-hire, and I'll show you how to get there.

"Design a real-time leaderboard for a mobile game with 50M daily active users. Walk me through your approach."

# Most candidates start at the database. That's already a red flag.

after coaching

→ Start with clarifying questions (write vs read ratio? score update frequency? geographic spread?)

→ Identify the core tradeoff: strong consistency vs low latency at 50M DAU

→ Propose a tiered approach: Redis sorted sets for hot cache, async DynamoDB writes, fan-out on read

→ Drive the LP: "Customer Obsession — the user sees their rank in <200ms even at peak load"

What I offer

Every session is one-on-one, live, and tailored to your target level and timeline.

SYS
System Design Deep-Dive
Full mock system design interview with real-time feedback. I'll show you how Amazon interviewers actually score this round — what earns a "Strong Hire" vs a "No Hire" on the rubric — and what to say when you're stuck.
$199 / 60 min
LP
Leadership Principles Coaching
The LP round is where most technically-strong candidates fail. I'll help you structure your stories using the real Bar Raiser rubric, identify gaps, and make sure your examples hit the right level for L4, L5, or L6.
$149 / 60 min
DSA
Coding Interview Mock
Live coding on LeetCode-style problems with the same time pressure as an Amazon loop. I'll interrupt like a real interviewer would and coach you on how to communicate your thinking — not just get to the solution.
$149 / 60 min
PKG
Full Loop Prep Package
Four sessions covering all three rounds plus a 30-min debrief. Best for candidates 2–4 weeks out from a scheduled loop or who want a comprehensive assessment of where they stand.
$599 / 4 sessions

How it works

Simple, async-friendly, no fluff.

1
Pick a time and pay
Book directly via the calendar link. You'll see availability for the next 2 weeks. Pay securely through Stripe — no account required.
2
Share your context
After booking, you'll fill out a short form: target level, interview date (if set), and what you want to focus on. I review this before the session so we don't waste time on setup.
3
Live video session
We meet on Google Meet. No video on my end — your call. I run the session like a real Amazon interviewer would, then break character for a detailed debrief.
4
Written feedback within 24h
After every session I send written notes: what would have been scored, where you lost points, and a prioritized list of what to work on before your loop.

What clients say

Names and identifying details changed. Results are real.

"The LP session was unlike anything I'd seen on YouTube. He told me exactly which parts of my Ownership story would make an interviewer nervous — I would never have caught that myself."
Software Engineer · Hired at L5
"I failed an Amazon loop 8 months ago. After two sessions I understood what went wrong. Second attempt I got an offer at the level I actually wanted."
Senior SDE · Hired at L6
"The system design feedback was surgical. He knew the internal rubric and showed me how my answers were being scored in real time. Worth every dollar."
Backend Engineer · Hired at L5
"I was overthinking coding rounds. One session fixed my communication pattern. I got a hire signal on every coding round in my loop."

Common questions

Who are you?
I'm a currently-active senior software engineer at a major tech company. I've participated in hundreds of Amazon hiring loops — as an interviewer and Bar Raiser — across multiple orgs. I coach anonymously to keep this separate from my day job.
What levels do you cover?
L4 (SDE I), L5 (SDE II), and L6 (SDE III / Principal). The bar, LP expectations, and system design depth differ significantly between these levels. Tell me your target level when you book and I'll calibrate accordingly.
Do you share real Amazon interview questions?
No. I use original questions at the same difficulty and format as what you'll actually see. This protects you (no NDA issues) and keeps the practice honest — Amazon rotates questions regularly anyway.
What if I need to reschedule?
Reschedule for free up to 24 hours before the session. Within 24 hours, I can offer a one-time credit toward a future booking.
Can I record the session?
Yes, you're welcome to record on your end for personal review. I don't record sessions myself.
Do you guarantee an offer?
No. No honest coach should. What I can do is give you an accurate read of where you stand and help you close the gaps before your loop. The outcome depends on your effort and the interview panel on the day.
